Can your students make a marble roll exactly 20 meters down a hallway?

With this simple apparatus, designed by physics teacher Jeff Qualls, students conduct experiments by varying the angle of the marble track as well as the height from which the marble is released. By gathering data and plotting a graph, students discover that the same result can often be achieved by different combinations of angle and height.
