Constructed of unbreakable SOMSO-Plast, the torso includes 180 coded structures and 19 removable parts with interchangeable male and female inserts. The left side of the head is exposed, revealing the brain, skull, teeth and jaws. Moving down, students discover the larynx, trachea and thyroid (along with blood vessels and muscles), and a removable female breast plate showing the internal structure of the mammary gland. Mounted on a sturdy base, the torso also offers dissectible lungs featuring bronchial tubes and pulmonary blood vessels. Other removable structures include the eye with optic nerve, heart (two parts), liver, stomach (two parts), small and large intestine with duodenum and pancreas, appendix, kidney, pelvic vessels, female reproductive organs (two parts) and male reproductive organs (four parts).
