Biomats are thin "seed sandwiches" - seeds are laminated between layers of 100% wood fiber mulch. Just lay the 1/8" thick mat directly on soil, in a garden area, or in containers. Give your Biomat plenty of sun and water and stand back - flowers galore! Butterfly approved plants begin to germinate in just 1-3 weeks, and bloom for 8-12 weeks.
The Butterfly Garden Biomat contains a minimum of 135 seeds per roll. Each roll will cover 3.75 sq. feet.
