Product Information

Illustrate the “lock and key” principle of enzyme activity with this multi-activity kit. By varying the concentration, temperature and pH of the enzyme diastase, students will, in effect, determine how changing the parameters of the “key” affects the enzyme’s reaction with a substrate (“the lock”). Students will also perform starch and glucose tests.
