Called "one of the most complete and practical kits available" this DNA Molecular Model is designed to make the very complex easy to visualize and understand.

Students begin by constructing the base molecules of DNA and the sugar-phosphate backbone molecule. This will allow them to observe the molecular structure of the components that make up the DNA ladder.

Following this, and using one color coded ball to represent each of the base molecules, they can construct the double helix DNA ladder, observing the specific pairing arrangements of the base molecules.

They will also be able to construct the DNA ladder in the unfolding shape to demonstrate the replication of DNA.
