Product Information

Using two plastic pop bottles and this connection, you can demonstrate the fountain discovered by Hero of Alexandria.
Fill one of the bottles three quarters full, insert the fountain connection and attach the second bottle. By inverting the bottles, you create a vacuum in the upper bottle, compress the air in the lower bottle and send a stream of water upwards like a fountain.
The results appear to defy gravity and the laws of nature, but you know better. An excellent, simple and inexpensive demonstration.
