Orders from Schools and Affiliated Education Professionals
Schools have three ordering options:

• Order online using a credit card; we accept all major cards.
  
• Order online using a school Purchase Order number.
• Create your order online and use the 'Print Order' option to submit your order through your school's normal purchasing process.

Schools can also order from us by creating their order online then printing out the order and sending it to us via mail, by fax, by email, or by phone.

If you decide to order by phone, please fill out one of our order forms first (if you need an order form, you can download one here), and have your address (including zip code), telephone number and purchase order number handy. When ordering live materials, please specify a delivery date. We will ship to meet that date. Undated orders are shipped immediately during the school year. Living materials are shipped via Airborne Express® or UPS® 2-day air services from both of our locations.

Orders from Home Science Enthusiasts

We welcome home science enthusiasts and hobbyists. Science Kit accepts all major credit carts via our secured online ordering system. However, certain items (such as chemicals) are restricted and can only be ordered by schools and education professionals. Said items are clearly defined by the blue Restricted button.

Shopping Cart

Our shopping cart function keeps track of everything in your order with a running total. It also allows you to delete selected items you may decide not to purchase with a single click.

If you are not exactly ready to place the order, but don't want to lose the time you've spent creating it – use our 'Save Cart' option found in your Shopping Cart. If you save your cart, we will send you an automated email with a unique link back to your shopping cart. You can also password protect it, and even send it to others (great option for teachers who need approval before the order can be placed).

Web Only Promotions

Ordering through our web site can be rewarding in other ways too. We offer special web-only promotions such as free shipping, special discounts and free gifts for orders over $100.00 (free gifts have included such items as a Science Kit mag-lite and umbrella).
