Both you and your students will enjoy using this versatile stereomicroscope! The fluorescent in-base light and frosted glass stage plate show true colors in translucent specimens and the 10-watt incident light has an adjustment for aim and a rheostat to control intensity.
These features enable you to achieve the most appropriate lighting for any opaque specimen. Combined, the in-base and incident lights show every detail of even the most thick and irregular objects. The extra long working distance allows you to easily manipulate your specimen.
A convenient rotating head makes viewing comfortable and locks into place with a thumbscrew for perfect positioning. You will appreciate the stability and safety of the solid arm that eliminates the possibility of the heavy head slipping or being dropped down its post.
