Product Information The surface board is designed to study the effects of different types of friction on the force that is required to move a stationary object. The board features four surfaces: cardboard, sandpaper, rubber, and cork. Students can use two wooden friction blocks (included) and other materials to test various configurations, plotting their findings on graph paper. Includes multi-surface board, friction block with one hook, friction block with two hooks, instructions.
