Requesting a Quotation

To place an international request for quotation just fill in the shopping cart. Select "proceed to checkout" and supply the information requested. We will prepare the quotation for you. See our RFQ instructions for details.

On all international quotations, the shipping charge will vary depending on the items requestes.  The transportation charges depend on the items being requested, their weight, and the destination.  Inspections will be required on all U. S. Fish & Wildlife indicated items. No order will be accepted until a confirmation is received.

Hazardous materials will not be shipped to individuals.

Those items that are electrically powered are always in 110 V unless otherwise quoted.

Melanie is the newest member of our international team and she computes all quotation requests and inquiries for pricing of our product lines. Due to her mathematical background, Melanie is an expert on all numerical values associated with international customer service, such as shipping and handling rates, product weights and dimensions, and any applicable discount percentages for our customers. Her additional talents include the art form of Irish dance. Melanie also performs research projects throughout the year that evaluate the team's level of output and efficiency. These assist the team in bringing the highest level of customer service to the schools, universities, and individuals that use VWR International for all their science education needs.
