Includes: two vials of freeze-dried E. coli (one donor strain and one recipient strain); one vial each of nutrient broth powder, nutrient agar powder, Chloramphenicol Capsule, and Rifampicin Capsule; 20 petri dishes, 12 pipets, methanol, student data sheets and an instruction manual.
