Product Information

Combined in series and in parallel, these springs of equal spring constant can be used to determine the effective total spring constant. The springs can also be linked in series and, supporting a 0.5 kg mass, used to demonstrate coupled oscillations and normal modes of vibration. Includes: 3 interlinked springs (18mm x 75mm, 60 turns each), 1 notched support, bent aluminum, instruction sheet.
