MarkBook® is a multi-subject class management software tool for all teachers.

It prints grade recording forms, seating charts, photo seating charts, monthly attendance forms, birthday lists, text issue forms, and much more. It has a complete gradebook with eight different measures of central tendency including weighted average, most consistent level, and individual weighted median. It's an analytical tool capable of a detailed examination of individuals, their category performances, and the performance of each class. It tracks students anecdotally and prepares spell-checked smart-pronoun report comments. It comes with a 1300-sentence comment bank. Finally, MarkBook is a potent communication tool with exquisite printed interim report cards, email report cards, HTML web reports, and attendance reports. Many clients use MarkBook reports as their school's official report cards.

MarkBook Admin Edition is a tool for department heads, counsellors, and principals. Teachers using MarkBook take a few seconds to forward summary class files to a central location. The Admin Edition reads these, assembles a whole-school data base, and produces current academic and attendance reports of all types. Subject analysis, course analysis, multi-subject individual reports, honor role, and student schedules are among the many reports available. Student achievement, attendance, schedules, and photos can be synced to a Pocket PC for mobile access to data.

The 2008 license for all MarkBook products runs until Aug 31, 2009.
