|
Product Information
Your students can use this kit to study the Hill Reaction, named for the British biochemist Robin Hill. In 1937, Hill explained the process by which light energy is used to split molecules of water during photosynthesis. With this kit, students can perform the photolysis of water in isolated chloroplasts. Includes: a hydrogen acceptor, the necessary reagents, 24 student data sheets and a teacher’s guide. (Please note: Spinach leaves, a blender, centrifuge and a cheesecloth are required but not included).
