Product Information
An inexpensive model that can be used in studies of waves, and sound to demonstrate compression, rarefaction, amplitude, wavelength, echoes, volume and pitch. Consists of a slinky and a track. When the slinky is pushed along the track with one end held stationary, a longitudinal wave travels the length of the track. Developed by Tim Ernest. Includes: wave demonstrator track with metal pole and wooden feet (assembly required), colored tape, slinky®, instructions.
