Product Information

Make metric units fun with this color-coded card game designed by Michael Vitale, a New Jersey high-school teacher. In response to teacher questions, teams of students use their cards to formulate metric conversions by completing equations.
The teacher reads a question such as "one thousandth unit of length." Students work together to give a correct answer with their cards: milli + meter = 0.001 meters or 1 mm. The first team with the correct answer gets a point. This is a great way to review metrics. Grades 8-10.
Includes: five decks of 47 color-coded cards, game description, teacher and student instructions, and teacher questions and answers.
