The game is open-ended and may conclude when one player runs out of money, when one player has $20.00 or more, or when one player has moved his or her marker completely around the board. Allowance uses cards that offer tasks such as mowing the lawn or cleaning the garage as ways to earn money; and cards that "invoice you" such as "Pay $2.00 for a hamburger". Choices must be made, as in real life, whether to spend money or put it into savings. A great way for children to learn money management skills!
Contents include: Game board, currency, coins, 6 markers, Take-a-Chance Cards, and instructions. For 2-6 players.
