Product Information

Students can easily measure the incident and refractive angles using the circular protractor attached to the glass battery jar.
The jar, which measures 10 cm x 6 cm x 18 cm high, can be filled with water or any other liquid, or a combination of immersible liquids, and the index of refraction can be determined from Snell's law.
The slotted metal lid can be placed on the top or the side of the jar; any light source can be used to shine a beam through the slot. Includes instructions.
