Product Information

This kit enables students to observe a living experimental organism, describe the effects of seven drugs, determine a dose-response curve, and correlate test drugs to effects on humans. Students develop Daphnia cultures and expose them to nicotine, alcohol, caffeine, aspirin and three other drugs. From this data, students make dose-response graphs. Includes teacher’s manual with 15 student worksheets. Note: Daphnia are required but not included.
