“Sniff out” the presence of AC voltage in your lab.
Simply touch the plastic probe tip to a connection point, or move it along an insulated wire. If AC voltage is present, the light on the probe will flash, and a beeper makes a chirping sound. This safe, easy and economical way to check for AC voltage will fit in your pocket for easy transport. Uses two 1.5V button batteries, which are included.
