Product Information

Students identify a bacterial group that is tested for in sewage treatment facilities, coliforms and E. Coli, as well as all bacteria present using a local water sample.
Kit uses “Coliscan Easygel” a patented agar replacement that marks coliforms and E. Coli in differing colors for easy identification. Students may never drink the water again! Please note: shipping date required. Grades 7-12.
Includes: 15 coliscan easygel, 15 total count easygel, 30 easygel petri dishes, 15 sterile collection tubes, 15 sterile 3mL droppers, teacher guide, reproducible student worksheet.
