This introductory set is ideal for students just staring out. All parts can be stored in a zippered case, which will protect the instruments while bouncing around in a bag. A single C-Cell sized handle easily swaps between the otoscope head and ophthalmoscope head as needed, disposable and reusable specula both have storage areas, and an adaptor allows use of Welch-Allyn specula if needed. Both heads fit to the handle using a bayonet locking mount for a secure connection. The otoscope has a 3X magnifier, as well as an insufflator fitting (bulb and connection not included). The Ophthalmoscope has a lens wheel of 24 corrective lenses from −25 to +40 diopters.
