With three options to choose from its easy to replace a worn out bulb and valve on your sphygmomanometer. While any of these bulbs would make a great replacement, the adflow bulbs incorporate a screened end valve allowing for better airflow than a basic valve. The large adflow bulb allows for faster inflation, especially with larger bladders.
