Teach Students to Recognize the Common Distinguishing Phenomena That Occur During Chemical Reactions

  • Ideal for grades 7-10
  • Perform synthesis, decomposition, single/double displacement and neutralization reactions

Students will learn to recognize each reaction by observing qualities such as effervescence, color change, temperature change and the formation of precipitate. By performing these experiments, students will gain an understanding of the basic characteristics of these fundamental chemical processes. Designed by science teacher Joe Gilbert.
