Hands-on Study of Immunoprecipitation

This kit contains all the reagents necessary to immunoprecipitate a specific protein from a complex sample. This hands-on activity focusing on immunoprecipitation permits the purification of specific proteins for which an antibody has been raised. The kit includes enough materials for six groups of four students to complete the experiment.
