Collision Track

This track includes everything needed to demonstrate three basic concepts of physics: acceleration, collision, and force.

Change the speed of the cart by using the steel slotted masses, or accelerate it by using the provided pulley to demonstrate the use of external forces.

The provided carts have spring bands on one side for elastic collisions and Velcro on the other for inelastic collisions.

Ordering information: This track includes a 1.2 m track, two carts, a pulley, two sets of slotted masses (10 g, 20 g, and 50 g), two photogate support rods, and instructions.
