Bright, white, cold LED lighting and coated-glass optics give excellent images. The 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x objectives have a wide color band with large, easy-to-read magnification labels on two sides for simplified viewing. Full-size, stable bodies hold a host of student-proof features, including locked-on stage clips, eye pieces, and objectives that offer protection against disassembly.

A four-hole reversed nosepiece protects objectives, and tension control stops stage drift. The microscopes are available in corded or cordless models; a removable cord holder is included on corded models for easy storage. The cordless model can be used anywhere for up to 50 hours with an eight-hour charge; a charger is included.
