Demonstration Electrophorus

Comprised of a thick plastic base with four rubber feet, along with with an 18cm diameter aluminium plate with an insulating handle.

Produce a strong spark repeatedly, without recharging. The base is thick plastic with four rubber feet attached for convenient handling. The plastic material produces a strong frictional charge when rubbed with fur or other material. The 18cm diameter aluminum plate is designed to eliminate any sharp edges which could cause leakage. An insulating handle is attached.
