Vernier® Time of Flight Pad
Use the Time of Flight Pad to precisely measure how long a projectile has been in motion. The Time of Flight Pad is used with the Vernier Projectile Launcher and a Vernier interface to determine the launch speed of a projectile, along with the time the projectile is in flight. Time-of-flight measurements allow students to see just how kinematic calculations work in real-world applications. The Time of Flight Pad is electrically like a photogate. When a ball strikes the foam top surface, a circuit is closed.
Vernier® Microstirrer
The Microstirrer takes the place of the stirring bar that is typically used with a laboratory magnetic stirrer. The new Vernier Microstirrer easily attaches to the end of a pH Sensor, Conductivity Probe, Dissolved Oxygen Probe, or Ion-Selective Electrode. When the magnetic stirrer plate (required, but not included) is turned on, its magnetic field turns the paddle wheel of the Microstirrer, resulting in enhanced stirring near the electrode tip. The Microstirrer works with any magnetic stirrer.
Vernier® Interface Shield
The Vernier Arduino Interface Shield plugs directly on top of the Arduino and adds two BTA (analog) and two BTD (digital) sockets. This shield was developed to be used with the SparkFun Arduino RedBoard but will work with the Arduino Uno and other Uno equivalents like the Leonardo. It also works with the Intel Galileo.

KidWind® High Torque Generator
The High Torque Generator is another option for your wind turbine generator. When compared to the standard Wind Turbine Generator, this High Torque Generator will produce lower voltage but higher current for a given rotor RPM. The High Torque Generator is great for load devices with higher current draw, such as the water pump. This generator has the same 2 mm driveshaft as the standard Wind Turbine Generator, so the Wind Turbine Hub is interchangeable with either motor. The generator also has 4-foot leads with shrink-wrap reinforced soldering.

Vernier® Go! to Easy Adapter
This adapter allows a Go!Temp or Go!Link* to connect to the USB port of a TI-Nspire handheld or TI-84 graphing calculator. The adapter has a USB standard-A receptacle which connects to the Go!Temp or Go!Link and a USB Mini-A USB plug that connects to the calculator. The adapter can also be used with the USB cable that comes with a Go!Motion.
Vernier® pH Buffer Capsules, 3×10
The pH Buffer Capsules (3x10) kit is a convenient set of three vials containing capsules to make pH 4, pH 7, and pH 10 buffer standards for calibrating pH sensors. Each vial contains 10 capsules, each of which produces 100 mL of solution when mixed with DI water. Add three drops of the buffer preservative to 100 mL of your buffer solution to prolong the shelf life. Hydrion Color Key Buffer Preservative is a combination mold inhibitor and universal indicator for color coding the buffer solutions: orange for pH 4, green for pH 7, and blue for pH 10.
