Thermocycleurs PCR
Les thermocycleurs sont utilisés pour amplifier des segments d’ADN via la réaction en chaîne par polymérase. Ils sont également utilisés pour faciliter d’autres réactions sensibles à la température, les appareils pouvant réaliser une digestion enzymatique de restriction ou un diagnostic rapide. Chaque cycle thermique est équipé de composants haute performance qui assurent la formation d’un coussin d’air tempéré homogène entre les échantillons combinés. Ces instruments offrent une excellente uniformité de température sur l’ensemble du bloc et des résultats reproductibles quel que soit l’emplacement des échantillons insérés.
