Atmospheric Convection Apparatus

Students will be able to actually see a normally invisible convection current in action and understand how hot and cold air make the current flow.

• Demonstrate how currents flow due to convection with this visual apparatus
• Smoke-producing paper (sold separately) makes the air motion visible to the class

Air, heated by a candle, moves up one chimney, while cooler air moves down the other chimney to replace the lost air.

Informations de commande: The kit includes a metal box with a glass front for easy viewing and two acrylic chimneys. Smoke paper is not included and sold separately. Candle is not included.
