This electrical tape can be used as primary insulation for wire and cable splices up to 600 V.

  • Excellent adhesion and elasticity
  • All weather performance
  • High tensile strength
  • Resistant to UV, abrasion, and corrosion
  • Flame-retardant

The backing is composed of plasticized polyvinylchloride (PVC). The adhesive material is rubber-based. Product should be stored in humidity controlled, dry conditions between 50 and 73 °F (10 and 23 °C). Relative humidity should be less than 65%. Operating temperature range is 20 to 176 °F. Dielectric strength is 1200 V/mil.
