Your students become environmental scientists with this hands-on real world digital product. Test the soil at your school or in your flower pots. The tests are performed in four color coded test tubes, one each for pH, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potash. A dropper is provided to facilitate transfererring the test solution into the test tubes. The kit also contains a convenient test tube holder, which will hold all four test tubes while color is developing. The kit also includes a phamphlet with pH preferences for hundreds of plants, including vegetables, herbs, flowers, trees, shrubs, fruits, grasses, and house plants.
