Using simple pH changes and indicators, it provides students with an effective demonstration on how the AIDS virus is transmitted via body fluids.

Students trace the transmission to determine the originator of the disease. The lab can be conducted in one class period, or you can use it as the cornerstone of your AIDS study unit.
