The Central Nervous System Microslide

Learn about the nervous system and sensory organs.

This set deals with basic parts of the central nervous system: sense organs, nerves, the brain and spinal cord, muscles, and glands. It explains how they work to notify the body of changes in the environment and carry messages from sense organs to coordinating centers and out to action organs.

Microslides consist of a strip of film with photomicrographs, each reproduced exactly as you would see them through a professional microscope under ideal conditions. You can supply all your students with their own Microslides. A detailed text folder is included.
