Flexible, safe, and resilient.

  • Designed for connecting a standard 8 to 10 mm diameter gas inlet jet to Bunsen, Tirrill, Meker and other laboratory burners
  • For use with LPG (liquid petroleum gas/propane), butane gas or natural gas
  • Standard length for most laboratory setups
Neoprene tubing hose connects your laboratory burner to a fuel source such as liquid propane, butane, or natural gas. The hose is commonly used to connect basic, flame stabilizing, Meker, Tirrill, micro, and gas adjustable Bunsen burners. Hose measures 0.6 m (2') in length. Inner diameter at tube ends measures approximately 7 mm, and outer Ø is approximately 12 mm.

NOTE: The hose should always be used in a lab setting connected to a gas jet and never connected directly to a fuel source. Due to the nature of neoprene, please inspect hose before every use to make sure there are no holes or cracks.
