Unique Development
- This unique ball features an advanced three-axis impact detection electronics circuitry which automatically detects the release of the ball
- Also includes auto shut-off feature
- Measurements are independent from switch release Mechanism
The timing ball can be used to conduct a number of experiments involving acceleration due to gravity (g), including measurement of acceleration due to gravity, measuring height of a building or person, measuring acceleration on sloping terrain, measuring angle of a sloping terrain, effect of gravity during projectile motion, and plotting height vs. time graph under free fall. Time is measured in the millisecond and second range. Start switch (used to indicate start position with LED indication), can also be used to shut off after 10 seconds of reading display.
