Create Three-Dimensional Polysaccharides

Book diagrams just can't compare to the interest generated by 3-D molecular models. Your students will actually build their own models, while at the same time increasing their understanding of the structural characteristics and chemical interactions between carbohydrate molecules. They begin by constructing simple sugar molecules, then join them to create a disaccharide and more complex polysaccharides.
