What are the factors that cause various weather phenomena?

This kit includes just about everything you need to create a permanent, user-friendly weather station at your school. With proper care, the instruments in this station can withstand the punishment of the elements and everyday use by young students. This lab activity includes background information on various weather conditions, and how each instrument included is used to track the weather.

Also included are suggested lesson plans, explaining the use and care of each piece of equipment, and charts for recording and tabulating weather data while employing the basic scientific framework of Earth Systems (ESS2).
