I would not recommend this kit. The approach of the build is very different compared to what I am used to, and does not provide explanations for the science behind certain troubleshooting steps, which would be helpful. It would also be beneficial to use more precise/ advanced diction in certain steps because some of the steps do not make any sense with the sords used.

The instructions and build templates are provided from the Science Olympiad National Event Supervisor and are purposely vague in some areas in order not to give the answers away. The goal of this kit is to provide a reasonable starting point and allow the competitor to use innovation and problem solving to make the design their own. This product is terrible. The blueprints are not to scale, the instructions are barely worth reading, and the kit as a whole is terrible. The only thing worth anything in this kit is the materials but you can get the same stuff elsewhere for a lot less.
