Enzyme Catalaze Biolab

This biolab uses purified catalaze to demonstrate how the enzyme catalyzes the breakdown of hydrogen peroxide from deadly toxic compound to oxygen and water. Also demonstrates how the rate of catalysis is effected by such variables as temperature, pH, and enzyme concentration.
