Students Learn How to Make A Difference
The current state of Earth’s environment is under constant media investigation. Teach students the science behind the degradation humans have caused to the planet and what can be done to repair it. Air and water pollution, the effects of pollution on health and the environment, deforestation and loss of wetlands, ozone depletion and global warming, and the negative impact of agriculture, construction, and recreation/tourism are all discussed.
