Analyze Geologic History With Fossil Replicas and Timelines

Conduct a series of investigations that help students analyze different preiods in geologic time. Using the 21 plastic fossil replicas as evidence of the ancient past, you’ll discover the correlations between fossils and the area and time each organism was alive, as well as analyze the symmetry in organisms. Each of the eight activities involves principles of stratigraphic correlation and the analysis of geologic history.
