This accelerometer can be used for horizontal linear and circular acceleration measurements. The bubble moves in the direction of the acceleration. If the acceleration is positive the bubble moves to the front, if negative it moves to the back. If placed in a car, when the car turns a corner, the bubble points in the direction of the centripetal force or toward the center of the turn. Sample data is provided for classroom and outdoor activities. Some assembly required. Developed by Lowell Sywester. Includes instructions. Size: 19.1 x 1.3 x 5.1cm.
