High School Kids really likes it. I wish there was a refill kit available that is cheaper $ than the cost of the complete kit or things sold separately.

This laboratory experiment is very educational for high school students. I have used this in my class for 12 years. My only suggestion would be to make sure there are large enough quantities of microbes in the solutions to sustain shipping time.

A city councilman is found facedown in his swimming pool and your students are being asked to examine the forensic evidence to determine if the drowning was accidental or if there was foul play involved. During the exercise, students will develop skills in microscopy, protist identification, record keeping, and the use of a dichotomous key.
