I've ordered mystery snails twice during the past month. Both orders arrived in poor condition consisting of only one or two live snails and the rest being definitely dead. Boreal sent free replacement snails promptly which was really appreciated. However, these replacement snails were not in great health either. Use caution when ordering mystery snails- it's a hit or miss situation.
