Eisco® Base, Rod, Clamp and Ring Set

Lab stands are used in every area of science - especially chemistry, for holding and manipulating an experimental apparatus. The durable and sturdy construction of this set makes it an excellent choice for science classrooms and laboratories. The base (8×5" L×W) is made of corrosion resistant, powder coated steel and weighs 1.75 lbs. It also features a tapped hole, which fits the included rod, and can accommodate any rod with a 10×1.5 mm metric thread. the stainless steel rod measures 24" tall and is 10 mm in diameter. The zinc plated steel support ring has 3" Ø, 6.5" total legnth, and includes an integrated screw clamp. the 4 pronged clamp is 10" long, cork lined, and includes a bosshead.
