Supplied platinum waterproof stainless steel probe provides accruate readings with tip penetration of 0.3", waterproof cable, and adjustable probe holder or supplied with platinum waterproof stainless steel Bullet™ probe and waterproof cable. Handle probe model features stainless steel probe while Bullet(TM) model features PTFE cable to withstand temperatures of −100 to +200 °C. Features a 10-foot waterproof cable.

A 4-wire platinum sensor insures linear response and high accuracy across the entire temperature range. Thermometer is ideal for freezers.

Certifications: To assure accuracy, an individually serial-numbered Traceable® Certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. It indicates traceability to standards provided by NIST.
