Pig kidneys are available as plain (uninjected specimens) and well as double and triple injected to show additional detail. Double injected specimens highlight arteries and veins highlight in red and blue. Triple injected pig kidneys offer a third yellow injection to highlight the ureters.
Pig kidneys may contain a small cut as part of a USDA inspection procedure. This will not compromise specimen quality.
