"The Mystery of Lyle and Louise"

Students use the St. Louis Demo Motor to research fundamental principles of electric motors and generators.

Demonstrates operation of motors and generators.

Demonstrate the relationship between magnetic field and current.

Demonstrate the transfer of mechanical energy into electrical energy with a simple motion of your hand.

Demonstrate magnetic fields on your desk or overhead with this clear container of iron fillings. Using magnets, you can show students how the fillings move and cluster together.

Pith balls are an electrostatic necessity.

Ideal electrostatic tool for generating voltages.

Demonstrate the conversion of mechanical energy into electrical energy by generating a static charge.

Pieces of reusable zinc-plated iron wire for magnetic field experiments.

For your Electrostatic Needs!
